Retreats

A little more time. A little more space. A chance to go deeper.

Beginning in May 2027, Wild Heart Meadow will offer intimate 2–3 day therapeutic retreats and intensives for individuals and couples who are longing for more spaciousness to explore a particular intention, transition, or place of healing.

Rather than meeting for an hour and returning immediately to the rhythms of everyday life, these retreats offer the opportunity to slow down and stay with what is unfolding. Together, we might weave traditional therapeutic work with mindfulness, time in nature, somatic and embodied practices, creative expression, ritual, and spacious periods for rest and integration.

Retreats may be shaped around a particular therapeutic intention or framework, including relationship and intimacy, creativity and the inner life, life transitions, grief, or nature-based nervous system restoration. Each experience will be thoughtfully designed around the person or couple and what they are hoping to tend.

Stay at the Cabin

For those who would like to immerse themselves more fully in the experience, there is an option to stay at the cabin during your retreat. Nestled on 100 acres in the hills of Norway, Maine, the cabin offers a quiet place to step away from the demands of everyday life and spend time close to the woods, trails, pond, and changing seasons.

Retreat offerings are currently in development, with the first intensives beginning in May 2027.

If this is something you feel drawn toward, please be in touch to learn more, share what you are hoping for, or reserve a future retreat.
