Circles
An invitation to gather differently.
Long before healing became something that happened behind closed doors, people gathered together—to grieve, celebrate, tell stories, mark transitions, seek wisdom, create, and tend to one another. Across cultures and traditions, gathering in a circle has offered a simple and powerful form: each person able to see and be seen, to speak and to listen, to witness and be witnessed.
There is something different that becomes possible when we gather this way. We discover that experiences we carry privately are often shared. We practice listening without fixing, speaking with greater honesty, and allowing ourselves to be known by others. Circle can become a place to slow down, notice what is happening within us and between us, and remember that healing and growth do not always have to happen alone.
The Practice of Circle
Circles at Wild Heart Meadow are small, intentional gatherings shaped by the people who come together and the questions we are exploring. Depending on the offering, our time may weave together shared inquiry, mindfulness, time in nature, creative expression, ritual, movement, embodied practices, and relational process.
Some circles are offered as experiential group counseling, creating a therapeutic space to explore ourselves in relationship with others. Other offerings may take the form of seasonal gatherings, workshops, or rituals. Each offering will clearly describe the nature of the gathering and what participants can expect.
At the heart of each is an opportunity to experience something increasingly rare: being present with others without needing to perform, fix, advise, or have it all figured out.
Current & Seasonal Offerings
Offerings change throughout the year, responding to the seasons and to the questions that feel most alive. Some circles meet for a series of weeks, while others may be one-time gatherings or seasonal rituals.
