An 8-Week Experiential Co-Ed Intimacy Circle
What happens within us when we allow ourselves to be deeply known?
Intimacy can awaken our deepest longings to be seen, understood, accepted, and met as we are. And yet, closeness can also bring forward the parts of ourselves we protect, hide, judge, or fear revealing.
Over eight weeks, we will use the circle as a space to explore what arises within us and between us as we move toward deeper connection. Through shared inquiry, mindfulness, parts work, embodied practices, relational exercises, and group process, we will explore our patterns around vulnerability, closeness, shame, desire, conflict, belonging, and retreat.
Our exploration will draw from IFS and Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO), as well as the work of Sobonfu Somé, Terry Real, Don Miguel Ruiz, among others.
Who
This is a co-ed circle open to people of all genders. You do not need to be partnered, and no previous experience with group or relational work is needed. Simply bring curiosity and a willingness to explore.
What to Expect
Rather than only talking about relationship, we’ll use the circle itself as a space to practice intimacy and notice what arises between us. Each session will include time to arrive and settle in, a brief teaching or inquiry around intimacy and the shadow, and experiential practices such as mindfulness, parts work, movement, journaling, or paired exercises. We’ll then spend time in facilitated group process, exploring what is arising in the room and in relationship with one another, before closing together with reflection and integration.

Fee
$30 per gathering | $240 for the full 8-week circle
This is a beta offering, meaning it is the first time I am offering this circle at Wild Heart Meadow and in this particular format. Because we will be learning and shaping the experience together, the circle is being offered at a reduced rate of $30 per gathering, discounted from my standard group rate of $75 per session.
